Push notifications
Push notifications are the messages the app shows on the user’s phone even when it is not open. When tapped, they open a web address or a page designed in the backoffice.
Everything is managed in the app’s Notifications tab in the backoffice. The usual flow is to create the notification, choose who it is sent to and decide when: immediately, on a specific date or automatically when a condition is met. To send from your own systems there is also an API.
